Nomin & Advocates LLP is pleased to have contributed the Chapter on Mongolia for the DELOS second edition of the Guide to Arbitration Places (GAP). The Delos GAP is designed to assist in-house counsel, corporate lawyers and arbitration practitioners with efficiently accessing key insights into a large range of jurisdictions, including for the purposes of negotiating the choice of arbitral seats and conducting arbitral proceedings in those jurisdictions. The second edition of GAP builds upon the first edition with new questions addressing arbitration and blockchain, digital and electronic signatures, remote hearings and arbitration infrastructure.

The second edition of the GAP Chapter on Mongolia was prepared by Nominchimeg Odsuren (before her departure from the firm), Tushigjargal Bold and Gal-Ariun Bayaraa of Nomin & Advocates LLP.
