Dariimaa Gombojav  is an associate with Nomin & Advocates LLP. She specializes in corporate and commercial law, securities, compliance, and regulatory matters. Before joining Nomin & Advocates LLP, she worked at a major law firm in Mongolia and Los Angeles-based law firm in the U.S. 

Dariimaa assists and advises clients in corporate and commercial matters and conducts due diligence.

She has experience preparing a draft subcontracting agreement for a major Japanese company, reviewing labor contract in compliance with Mongolian law for a major French company, and reviewing Google AdWords website in compliance with advertisement and other relevant laws of Mongolia. In addition, she also conducted quarterly research and composed a memorandum on anti-corruption and tobacco legislation, assisted in preparing a report for Nutricia Export B.V of the Danone group regarding legal regulations in selling infant formula in Mongolia, and in preparing Corporate Governance Report on TOP 20 companies registered in MSE.
