Managing partner

Gal-Ariun Bayaraa is the managing partner of Nomin & Advocates LLP. He routinely advises clients on corporate and finance matters as well as securities and insurance matters.

Gal-Ariun has experience conducting legal due diligence reports for financing and project acquisition transactions, assisting a foreign financial institution in its ISDA agreement with a Mongolian state-owned bank, advising renewable energy companies on its dispute against state authorities,  advising a major insurance company on its standard product agreements, and representing a major mining company in its dispute arising out of an employment agreement at the First Instance Civil Court of Mongolia. 

He also has wide experience in advising both foreign and local companies and banks in relation to the issuance of asset backed securities, franchise sale agreement and letter of credit.
