Baljinnyam is an associate in Nomin & Advocates LLP. She assists and advises clients on Corporate and International arbitration matters.
Baljinnyam has experience drafting documents and contracts in relation to incorporation matters, assisting in obtaining licenses in relation to the energy projects, and assisting the Mongolian company on its claim to the civil court.
She also contributed to the World Bank Project “Procuring Infrastructure Public-Private Partnerships”.
