Batbayar Dash is an experienced litigator with more than 15 years of practice. Batbayar specializes in complex disputes and represents clients in civil, administrative and criminal proceedings in all three levels of courts. He has a wide reaching background and represented diverse clients in high profile cases. Batbayar is qualified to practice law in Mongolia and is a member of the Mongolian Advocates Association.
Uilsdelger has extensive experience in general corporate and commercial matters. She has worked as in
house counsel of a large Mongolian conglomerate company and advised its group companies on a range
matters in including its proposed issuance of US denominated corporate bonds in international debt
markets and complex commercial transactions. Having received her master’s degree in Nagoya
University, Uilsdelger is fluent in Japanese.
