Batbayar specializes in complex disputes and represents clients in civil, administrative and criminal proceedings in all three levels of courts. He has a wide reaching background and represented diverse clients in high profile cases. Batbayar is qualified to practice law in Mongolia and is a member of the Mongolian Advocates Association.
Munkhsoyombo Nyamsuren is a senior associate of the firm. His responsibilities include preparing legal memorandums addressing various aspects of the law, advising and drafting wide ranges of agreements for corporate clients, and the preparation of detailed due diligence reports on target companies, lenders and project companies. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Munkhsoyombo served as an corporate attorney at domestic industrial company and associate lawyer of a major Mongolian law firms.
Tsevelmaa Batnasan is a trainee/paralegal with Nomin & Advocates LLP. During her studies at the Japanese Law Centre of the National University of Mongolia’s School of Law, she was an exchange student at Kyoto University. Tsevelmaa is fluent in Japanese and often assists Japan funded projects.
